Xposifi ("Xposifi," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit xposifi.com or book a call with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number and any details you share when you book a strategy call or contact us. The only information we collect is what you provide through our booking calendar, by emailing us, or by sending us the Client Agreement form. That form doesn't send anything to us on its own — it opens your own email app with your name, email and date filled in, and we only receive it if you choose to send that email.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to schedule and prepare for strategy calls, respond to your questions, provide our website design, SEO and Google reviews management services, and send you information about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

Booking & Third-Party Services

Our booking calendar is powered by TidyCal, a third-party scheduling service. When you book a call, the information you enter (such as your name, email and selected time) is shared with TidyCal in order to schedule and confirm your appointment. TidyCal's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. If you become a client, we may also access or connect to third-party platforms — such as your Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or your website host — as part of delivering our SEO and review management services, and only to the extent needed for that work.

Client Data From SEO & Analytics Tools

When we provide SEO services, you may give us access to accounts that contain data about your own website and customers, such as search performance, traffic reports, and Google Business Profile insights. We use that data only to deliver and report on your SEO work, we don't sell it or use it for other clients, and our access ends when you remove it or when our work together ends. You keep ownership of these accounts at all times.

Cookies & Analytics

We don't currently run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If we add them, they will stay off unless you opt in through the cookie banner or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. Third-party embeds like our TidyCal booking calendar may set their own cookies, and this site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not use any of this to build advertising profiles about you. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business (such as our scheduling, payment, email and hosting providers), or when required by law. If you become a client, payments are handled by third-party processors — Stripe, PayPal or Venmo — under their own privacy policies.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or business obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out using the contact details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at business owners and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Agreement to Terms

By using xposifi.com or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use this site or our services.

Services We Provide

Xposifi provides website design, search engine optimization (SEO) and Google reviews management services for local service businesses, including one-time website builds, optional add-ons, and ongoing monthly plans (such as our Launch and Scale plans). The specifics of any project — deliverables, timeline and scope — are agreed on directly with you before work begins.

Consultations & Booking

Strategy calls are booked through our online calendar. We ask that you show up on time or reschedule in advance if you can't make it, so we can keep time available for other business owners.

Fees & Payment

Pricing and payment terms for any project are provided directly to you and confirmed before work begins. Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. We accept payment by Stripe (credit/debit card), PayPal and Venmo. Specific billing details and due dates will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, we ask that you provide timely feedback, content, access credentials and approvals as needed. Delays on your end may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Once a website project is paid in full, you own the final website delivered to you. If you're on a monthly plan and cancel, you keep your website, but our hosting and other plan services end, so you'll need to host it yourself. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

Google Reviews Management

Our reviews management services are designed to help you request, monitor and respond to genuine customer reviews. We do not create fake reviews or pay for reviews, and all review activity is expected to comply with Google's policies. Every customer who receives a review request is given the link to leave a public Google review, whatever their experience; customers who had a problem are also offered a private way to reach you so you can make it right. We can't guarantee a specific number of reviews or star rating, since that depends on your customers.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Our SEO services may include local SEO, on-page optimization, Google Business Profile optimization, keyword research, content recommendations, and technical website fixes, as agreed for your project. Search engines like Google control their own ranking algorithms and change them often, so we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, position, amount of traffic, number of calls, or revenue, and results typically take time to build. We use methods that follow search engine guidelines — we don't buy links, use spam tactics, or post fake content — and we aren't responsible for ranking changes caused by algorithm updates, competitors, prior SEO work done by others, or changes made to your site or listings without our involvement.

Account Access

Some services require access to accounts you own, such as your Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, analytics, domain, or hosting. You remain the owner of these accounts, you're responsible for granting and removing our access, and we'll only use that access to perform the work you've hired us for.

Cancellations & Refunds

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. One-time project fees are non-refundable once work has started; if you cancel before any work has been done, your payment is refunded. See our Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xposifi is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.

Termination

We may pause or end services for non-payment or misuse of our services. You may end a monthly plan at any time as described above.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

What Are Cookies

Essential — required for the site to work and always on. This covers core site function, correct page styling (including fonts loaded from Google Fonts), and our TidyCal booking calendar, which is a third-party embed needed for the booking flow to work.

Right now this site doesn't run any analytics or marketing tools. Those two categories exist so that if we add any later, they stay off until you opt in.

We remember your choice by saving it in your browser's local storage, so we don't have to ask on every visit. It stays on your device and isn't used to track you.

Why We Use Them

Cookies from embedded services let you book a call directly on this site, keep that booking flow working correctly, and let pages load with the correct fonts and styling. Without them, some features — like the booking calendar — may not work properly.

Your Choices

You can update your Analytics and Marketing choices at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings. No Refunds Once Work Starts

Once work on your project has started, payments are non-refundable, whether for a one-time website build or a monthly plan. If you've made a payment and cancel before any work has been done, we'll refund that payment. Please make sure you're ready to move forward before making a payment.

One-Time Website Projects

Website builds involve real time and work reserved specifically for your project from the moment it begins. Because of this, fees paid for a one-time project are non-refundable once work has started, regardless of the stage the project has reached.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans (such as our Launch and Scale plans) can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling does not refund the current or any past billing period.

SEO Services

SEO work — whether one-time or part of a monthly plan — is non-refundable once started. Because search rankings are controlled by search engines and can't be guaranteed, not reaching a particular ranking, traffic level, or number of leads is not grounds for a refund. You can cancel ongoing SEO at any time to stop future billing.

Why Started Work Isn't Refunded

Our services are custom, time-based work rather than a physical product — once we've started designing your site, working on your SEO, or managing your reviews, that time and effort has already been spent on your project.

Working With Xposifi

This page outlines the terms that apply once you engage Xposifi for a website build, a monthly plan, SEO, or Google reviews management. Making a payment or submitting the agreement form below means you've read and accepted these terms. Booking a strategy call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. This agreement works alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Scope of Work

Work is limited to what's agreed during your strategy call or proposal — typically a website build and/or ongoing hosting, updates, SEO, and Google review requests, depending on your plan. Anything outside that scope (extra pages, custom features, additional revisions beyond what's included) is treated as new work and quoted separately before it starts.

Payment Terms

One-time project fees are due per the schedule agreed at booking. Monthly plans bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. We accept payment by Stripe (credit/debit card), PayPal, and Venmo. See our Refund Policy for how payments and cancellations work.

Website Ownership

You own your website. Once a one-time project is paid in full, or while you're on a monthly plan, the website built for you is yours — including its content, design, and any domain registered on your behalf. If you cancel a monthly plan, you keep your website. Our hosting, updates and other plan services end when the plan does, so you'll need to host the site yourself from then on, and we'll give you the site files and help you get set up. Xposifi does not hold your site hostage to keep you on a plan. We may showcase the completed work in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.

SEO Services

If your plan includes SEO, the specific work (for example local SEO, on-page optimization, Google Business Profile updates, or technical fixes) is agreed during your strategy call. No one can guarantee Google rankings, and we don't — SEO results depend on search engine algorithms, your competition, and time. You agree to give us the account access needed for the work (such as Google Business Profile or Search Console), and you keep full ownership of those accounts and any content we create for your site. Timeline & Communication

Project timelines are estimates agreed at the start of work and depend on how quickly you provide feedback, content, and approvals. We'll keep you updated on progress and let you know if anything changes the expected timeline.

Revisions

Each plan or project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, discussed at booking. Requests that go significantly beyond the original scope may be quoted as additional work.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing — see our Refund Policy for details. One-time projects, once started, are billed per the agreed schedule regardless of cancellation.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Our Commitment

Xposifi wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, larger text, or reduced motion settings.

The Standard We Aim For

We built and tested this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Testing included automated accessibility scans and manual checks on desktop and mobile screen sizes, covering things like color contrast, keyboard access, focus indicators, text alternatives for images, form labels, and page structure.

What We've Done

You can reach every link, button and form on this site with a keyboard, and there is a "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page. Animations are reduced or turned off if your device is set to reduce motion. Videos that play automatically are muted and can be paused.

Known Limitations

Our booking calendar is provided by TidyCal, a third-party service, and we don't control how accessible it is. Some videos on this site may not have full captions or a written transcript. If either of these gets in your way, email us and we'll book your call or share the information another way.
